This is a newborn-6 months gentle sleep guide. It’s full of specific and detailed information that will help you and your family develop good sleeping habits from the get-go.
Using a questionnaire about your child’s sleep habits, day routines, feeding and family. This information will form the foundation of your tailored programme.
Deep dive into the programme detail in relation to your baby. We will examine the sleep difficulties you are going through and ways to manage them. You will learn how to approach bedtime, self-settling, how to manage night waking’s, early morning wake-ups, naps and any other sleep issues you might be experiencing.
Following the consultation you will be sent the finalised programme. The programme will be specific to your child’s developmental age. Encompassing resolve for the issues discussed.

I know only too well that not getting enough sleep effects our state of mind, feelings, relationships and health. I feel strongly that healthy sleep habits make for healthy children. A well-rested child is curious, energetic, happy, playful, and eager to learn.

My gentle yet affective approach allows your child to feel supported and safe throughout. Sleep is an instrumental skill a child will have for their whole life, it is therefore important I work with you in a holistic way, to ensure we get your child sleeping better.
Crying is your child's way of protesting change. You can expect that making changes to their sleep habits will therefore result in some protest. However, you will never be asked to leave your child to cry alone for long periods of time, nor be asked to ignore their cries. The reason that my methods are so effective is because we develop a plan you are comfortable with, based on what you know about your child.
This approach to baby and toddler sleep has worked wonders for us! I can't recommend it enough. Our baby was waking up every hour or so from 4 months which was completely exhausting but we didn't want to do the really hard core kind of sleep training. This was absolutely perfect - gentle but so effective and Kate is an incredibly lovely person too. We felt totally safe and comfortable, and our baby, now toddler, has slept through the night consistently from about a fortnight after we started the programme. He even slept through a smoke alarm about a meter from his head last night!
